Meet our Founder and Principal Attorney Mr. Fadi Kassis. Mr. Kassis is highly skilled and experienced personal injury attorney practicing in Southern California. Mr. Kassis has made a name for himself in the legal industry as a determined advocate for his clients while building strong, cooperative and friendly relationships within the legal community.
After graduating law school, Mr. Kassis began working as an insurance defense attorney at a reputable insurance defense law firm in Downtown Los Angeles. There, he represented several well-known Fortune 500 companies and other businesses in toxic torts litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Kassis quickly learned how to adapt to the litigation environment and find common grounds in a highly adversarial ecosystem.
Mr. Kassis’s success as a defense attorney led him to join a national insurance defense firm with offices throughout the United States, where he continued to refine his legal skills and represented a wide range of clients. Mr. Kassis then spend three action-packed years at Farmers Insurance, as one of their lawyers, where Mr. Kassis settled hundreds of cases, mastered the art of successful case handling, effectively resolved numerous cases through alternative dispute resolution and gained trial experience.
Mr. Kassis has a proven track record of obtaining favorable outcome for his clients. Mr. Kassis proudly developed a reputation as a caring attorney who always went above and beyond to ensure his clients received the best possible outcome.
In his expedition to become an even more effective advocate, Mr. Kassis decided to further his education and obtained a Master’s Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution at USC Gould School of Law. This advanced degree has helped him develop a unique perspective on conflict resolution and has made him an even more effective negotiator.
Despite his training and experience as a litigator, Mr. Kassis’s personal philosophy is to build bridges and work with opposing attorneys in amicable environments. Mr. Kassis firmly believes that finding common ground is the key to achieving successful outcomes for his clients.
Away from the law field, Mr. Kassis enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and cooking. He is an avid foodie and loves trying new restaurants and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
